The extraordinary decision by INEC to postpone this election goes to show that democracy will not be served on a platter of gold. While some might be shocked or angry, we must see this as a clarion call not to relent in demanding that the sanctity of elections must be guaranteed.

It's important for everyone to stay calm, eyes peeled and determined that the will of the people shall prevail. They can postpone the elections, create excuses for it, but in the end destiny still arrives. Long live our democracy. Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria
