Court Releases Nine IPOB Activists Detained In Degema And Ahoada Prisons Unconditionally The Indigenous People Of Biafra records another victory, as Court frees Nine IPOB activists detained in Ahoada and Degema Prisons, unconditionally. The activists are the victims of Operation Python Dance declaration, who were detained on the 13th of September 2017. They were arraigned in Magistrate Court Rivers State, on 13 Count charges, which includes; Treasonable Felony, Murder, Terrorism and other unfounded charges. IPOB Legal Team countered all the baseless charges, upon which the matter was struck out and the Biafra activists regains their freedom. The victims who vowed never to surrender in the struggle for Biafra Freedom, appreciated IPOB Led by Citizen Nnamdi Kanu, for their immense efforts towards their release and well being while on detention.
