Governor Obiano presents Certificate of Recognition to Traditional Ruler of Ojoto, Igwe Mbamalu. Kenechukwu Ofomah The State Government has presented certificate of recognition to the traditional ruler of Ojoto, Igwe Gerald Mbamalu. Governor Willie Obiano made the presentation at the governor's Lodge, Amawbia in the presence of people of the community.
