Work Environment - Work with computers - Might be required to work overtime, weekends and travel. - Work at the office (Ozoro, Delta State) - Accomodation Provided if needed. Role: Inventory Manager ----- This person primarily manages our inventory of spaces for rent. Requirements: Attention to Detail Knowledge of Excel Good Communication Skills Role: Social Media Manager (Remote) ------ Your goal is to ensure there’s steady and quality student / housing focused content on all social media channels. Key Requirements: Expericened in setting or working with email, analytics, social, seo, et al Added Advantage: You manage / run a student focused blog Role: Finance (Intern) ------ He or she will be tasked with preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and managing company financial operations including but not limited to accounts receivable and payable. Key Requirements: Proven 1 or 2 years working experience as a Financial Analyst Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis Well informed in current financial subjects, tax laws, money market and business environment BSc / HND in Finance, Economics or related field Role: Integrated Marketing Manager ----- This person understands the student / housing market and lives, eats and breathes marketing (offline/online). They can draft emails, write copy for the website, create marketing campaigns, interact with and conduct focus groups with clients, manage social media profiles, prepare periodic reports, keep up with trends oncampus, reach out to reporters and maintain consistency across every piece of marketing collateral.
